We will meet to discuss your needs, past experience, and goals. Together, we will come up with a plan that will best work for you based on your health, commitments, and history.

 

Assessment

90 MINUTES $50 (one time)

After the consultation, we will meet to better asses your stride, ability, and mechanics. No two runners are the same, so it is important that you take your personal strengths and limitations into effect. The assessment will include running at various paces, posture an stride analysis, and shoe fitting and recommendations.

 

Personalized Training Plans

1 Month $100 • 3 Months $275

6 Months $525• 1 year $1,000

Each month you will receive a personalized training plan that will provide a day-by-day work out schedule to better meet your goal. There will be descriptions of each work-out so you are not having to second guess your run. The plans will take into consideration where you are in your training and what your goals are.

 

Route Finding

With each Training Plan Free

Wild Miles will provide you with personalized maps and routes based on your mileage and work out needs, location, an where you are happiest running. We hope to keep the monotony out of your workouts by providing you with new places to explore.

 

Weekly Check-Ins

E-Mail  • Phone Free

It is required that we check-in each week by either e-mail or phone to insure the training is going well and you are staying healthy. Check-ins are a good time to evaluate the effectiveness of the training plan, how the athlete is feeling, and any success or concerns.

 

Re-assessment and Tune-ups

Once a month, we will meet to ensure that training is going well. We will do an abbreviated assessment based on need and work on pace, mechanics, and effeciency.
