- Initial intake/goal form filled out by client. 
- Initial phone consultation 
- Includes a premium subscription to Training Peaks. 
- Two email check-ins during the first week to clarify workouts and address any questions that arise. 
- This plan allows for adjustments month-to-month as one responds to the training or goals/plans/life shifts. 
- Training will be laid out in 4-week blocks through Training Peaks. 
- Weekly monitoring and analysis of training. Comments made at least 2-3 times/week in Training Peaks. 
- Feedback/reflection form filled out monthly by client and reviewed by coach. 
- One phone call to review feedback each month (if desired), where adjustments can be suggested for the upcoming month. 
- Best for those who thrive on regular feedback and are looking for a training plan that will adjust to one’s training adaptations and achievements on a monthly basis.
